Processing times
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping rates & delivery times

• Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

• You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way.

Delays
Please note that carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control may affect delivery times. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we’re not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Wrong shipping address
Make sure your address is correct at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect and the order is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

International shipping 
We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
