We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not right, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Original tags and packaging required.

  • Proof of purchase required.

How to start a return
Email us at ryan@lowcapgolf.com with your order number and a quick note explaining why you’re returning the item. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective — in those cases we’ll cover return shipping.

Damages or issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, email us right away so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item (per the steps above) and then place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact ryan@lowcapgolf.com

EU customers: If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the same eligibility conditions above.
